  13. 18.01.98: - Message-id check respects son-of-1036 (compares local part
  14.             case-sensitive and domain case-insensitive).

  16. 02.02.98: - The server does not adapt its priority to that of the calling
  17.             client. Instead it tries to prefer the client with the highest
  18.             priority.
